Charles C. Hicks started in real estate in 1977, he was one of very few successful African American realtors. While witnessing the highs and lows in his real estate career, he learned to create new city ways with old school values. He believes in meeting face to face, shaking hands and creating a real connection with his clients. He also embraces the new way of doing real estate.
